Benjamin Schreiber now heads the climate and energy team at Friends of the Earth, having previously served as the climate and energy tax analyst at Friends of the Earth.  Prior to joining friends of the Earth he was a staff attorney at Environment America, where he focused on energy issues.

The recent Supreme Court ruling in Michigan v. EPA, against the EPA’s 2011 Mercury & Air Toxics Rule, stating that EPA had failed to take the costs to industry into account early enough in the decision making process.
